Mariners Can’t Come Through In The Clutch, Split Series With Royals Behind 3-2 Loss
Our Seattle Mariners split their four-game home series against the Kansas City Royals with a 3-2 loss in the finale, as starter Logan Evans performed well but didn’t get much run support and the Royals were able to come through late. Seattle had opportunities, especially in the bottom of the ninth, but couldn’t get the clutch hit yet again.
